OPROLER is a family business established in 1979 with over 30 years of experience in the sector working in the areas of: Construction, Renovations, Singular Construction and Civil Infrastructure Works.

OPROLER is especially competitive and has a great deal of experience in the construction of state subsidized housing. Currently, December 2010, the company is constructing over 1000 state subsidized homes.

The gross profit (EBIDTA) of the company is amongst the highest in the sector and the current work portfolio guarantees a growth of over 30% in 2011; in the medium and long-term the projections for growth are even more ambitious, but always with the premise of giving priority to the client’s satisfaction and to the stability of the company.

The company has the objective of carrying out its jobs with the best quality possible for the most demanding clients who are looking for a level of construction based on efficient organization and dynamic and enterprising management that meets the needs of a new, ever more competitive environment.

As an example of OPROLER’s prestige with respect to quality are, among others, the following projects:

• New S.A.R. el Príncipe Don Felipe de Borbón Pavilion in La Zarzuela.
• Tiffany & Co. Store, Madrid, at street José Ortega y Gasset nº10
• Building and turn-key (Ciclotron) particle accelerator nuclear facilities in CSIC in Seville.
