OPROLER informs you that the access and use of the www.oproler.com webpage and all subdomains and directories that could be included here within (hereinafter referred to as the Portal), as well as the services that could be offered via said domain, are subject to the terms expressed in the present Legal Notice, without prejudice to the fact that the access of some of these services could require the acceptance of one of the additional General Conditions.

APLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The law applicable in the case of a dispute or conflict over interpretation of the terms that make up this Legal Notice, as well as any question related to the services of the present Portal, will be Spanish law.
To resolve any conflict that could arise from visiting the Portal or from the use of services therein offered, OPROLER and the User agree to submit themselves to the User’s local Courts, provided that said Courts are located within Spanish territory.
