After Sales Service

OPROLER’s After Sales Department offers high-quality service based on two totally separate processes; the first, Presales, whose objective is to detect and find a solution to the maximum number of incidences possible and the second, known as After Sales, in which the state of the house or building is reviewed and assessed to conduct an immediate repair.

Our commitment:

• uarantee the presentation of the property in perfect condition..
• Handle incidences that may arise.
• Coordinate the workers and teams of workers with the client.
• Manage the approval of the owners.

To provide them with close attention, better management and ease in the processing of incidences, the After Sales Department will assign each owner with an access code with which they can manage those revisions that they have detected.
